Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you total authority over your email boxes and e-newsletters. Besides, you can redirect e-mail messages from one mailbox to another, create email filters, set up autoresponders and defend your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mails based on certain criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply select the email box you want to forward e-mails from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your choosing to access your mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
